When trying out a class:
- Children ages 3-6 should attend the Young Kids class.
- Youth ages 7-10 should attend the Youth Jiu-Jitsu 1 class.
- Youth ages 11-14 should attend the Youth Jiu-Jitsu 2 class.
- Adults and older teens should attend the Essentials class as much as possible. They may also attend the Expanded class on Saturdays.
- The Advanced Skills classes are reserved for blue belts and above.
