CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Our Little Porcupines class is designed for ages 3-5. This class focuses on games and activities that help students becoming familiar with grappling and the most fundamental concepts of Jiu-Jitsu. Parents are invited to be their child's partner while they learn to adjust to these new experiences. The purpose of this course is to help young students develop confidence and patience.

Youth Jiu-Jitsu classes are split into two groups based on age, size, and experience. The focus of these classes is self-defense, bullying prevention, and leadership training. Open Mats for youth include drilling, training, and more active practice than instructional classes.

Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes are generally for ages 15 and up. These classes focus on self-defense, physical fitness, and character development. Essentials classes focus on the basics. Expanded classes build on those basics. Open Mats classes are for training and practicing what you have learned.
